It's that time of year again. I'm not a resolution kind of girl, but I do love to use the new year as an excuse to press my reset button. 2016 was a constant battle with how I felt about myself; I felt sluggish, negative and unmotivated to put in the work. I'd workout only to look good, and didn't even think about the health and wellness benefits that come along with being active (which are the best benefit of all, btw). In an effort to motivate myself to keep at it with the body positivity this year, I've created a little throwback workout playlist to add some spice to your workout. So if this playlist helps you to get to the gym, go for a hike or dance in public even once, I'll be a happy camper. Seriously, this playlist is tried and true, I'm that girl at the gym lip syncing in the corner on the treadmill. Just wait, you'll see what I mean. Get out there bad ass babes! xx
